SUPERVISORY EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Applying federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and civil rights laws, regulations, and directives to advise leadership on compliance, analyze organizational demographic trends or systemic workforce barriers, and prepare strategic reports or briefings on program health and effectiveness.
