GRADE REQUIREMENTS: In addition to the basic requirements stated above, the following qualifications criteria must be met in determining the appropriate grade assignment of candidates. *Associate Grade: None beyond the basic requirements *Full Grade: Two years of optometric practice or its equivalent.
