Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administration and Management. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have, or will have within 120 days of closing of this announcement, at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11) within the Federal Civil Service (or equivalent in an alternate pay system).
