Program Analyst (Travel Programs)

You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Skill in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity. Experience leading a comprehensive change management process and system lifecycle documentation utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure seamless software updates and continuous capability integration. Comprehensive knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policies governing DoD passenger travel to include the Joint Travel Regulations and the Financial Management Regulations, to effectively oversee the sustainment or implementation of DoD travel systems.
