Human Resources Specialist (Classification)

You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Applying position classification standards, guidance, policies, and procedures. Preparing written classification evaluation statements, recommendations, and other technical work products. Providing advice and training to management or other HR staff on classification principles, policies, and procedures.
