HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and applying regulations and procedures to support recruiting and personnel programs; 2) Utilizing office software and computer programs to support and manage databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines; 3) Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to share information and prepare reports; and 4) Providing guidance to personnel regarding enlisted programs.
