Information Technology Specialist

Knowledge of and demonstrated skill in applying customer support principles, wireless and wired network concepts, database principles, IT security theory, troubleshooting and data analysis methods, and communication methods and techniques sufficient to receive, respond to, and resolve help desk calls.
