PROGRAM ANALYST

For the GS-11 position: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Utilizing advanced spreadsheet functions (e.g., Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) or general financial databases to extract, synthesize, and format quantitative reports; 2) Applying general budgeting, accounting, or financial management principles to track and analyze financial execution data; 3)Assisting with Working Capital Fund (WCF) OR General Fund (GF) analysis for preparing budgets for program execution; 4) Analyzing, validating and reconciling of fiscal accounts utilizing financial systems; and ...
