Customer support – You’ll own the email and live-chat inbox, responding in natural, friendly English, tagging conversations correctly, and escalating only the edge-cases I flag. Target response time is under two hours during our core office window (09:00-17:00 UK).
Social media management – Plan, draft and schedule posts that align with our brand voice, monitor comments, and flag any engagement opportunities to me. A simple weekly performance snapshot (reach, clicks, top comments) keeps us on the same page.
