You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level in the Federal service: Expert understanding of Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and military command structures to execute national-level military strategy. Proven ability to perform strategic and operational-level planning and execution for Global Force Management. Adept at resolving conflicts, exchanging ideas, and coordinating policies within the Department of Defense with the ability to transform data using Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI.
