IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The ideal candidate for the Attorney-Adviser (Labor) (Enforcement Appeals Attorney) will have experience preparing legal documents, including memoranda, and final documents on litigation theory, and presenting arguments or making presentations on factual and legal issues. Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act is preferred but not required.
