- 5+ years of experience in fintech or crypto
- Strong production experience with Go
- Experience with PostgreSQL, gRPC / REST, and Kafka
- Real experience applying microservice patterns
- Strong PostgreSQL skills beyond CRUD
- Strong Kafka knowledge
- Active use of AI agents in development
