WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You may qualify at the GS-09 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service: Planning, coordinating, analyzing, and evaluating workforce management and utilization programs Applying policies and guidance when advising management on personnel administrative requirements, management policies, processes, and procedures Assisting in the development, evaluation and implementation of manpower operations and drafting position descriptions and; strong background in DoD 365.
