MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER/MANNING)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring organizational personnel readiness and taking corrective actions to resolve staffing imbalances and critical bottlenecks across the domain; 2) Interpreting manpower policies and directives to provide guidance on the allocation, justification and management of military manpower resources; 3) Using databases or equivalent systems to query staffing data.
