MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required. Two years of experience within the health/fitness industry preferred. Possess and maintain a basic-level personal training certification from a nationally accredited certifying organization. Must be eligible to obtain one of the following certifications within six months of hire: USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-1) or Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F). Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology principles, concepts, and techniques to plan and conduct fitness testing, interpret results, and develop effective fitness plans.
