International data transfers
This page describes how JobFinder may transfer personal data across borders when you use the service from a country other than our primary hosting location.
Primary data location
Application servers and the primary database are hosted in Russia (Россия).
When transfer occurs
- Your country of residence differs from the hosting country (cross-border storage/processing).
- You use integrations that rely on global infrastructure (e.g. Telegram notifications).
- Email or monitoring providers process technical metadata outside your country.
Legal mechanisms
Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on one or more of: your explicit consent, a data processing agreement (DPA) with subprocessors, standard contractual clauses, or adequacy decisions where applicable. At registration you are shown a jurisdiction-specific notice when cross-border transfer applies.
