GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which involves the abilities to administer, supervise, promote, coordinate, conduct and evaluate programs, activities, or opportunities designed to provide individualized career-related or self-development education plans. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify at the GS-1740- 09 level, you must have at least 12 months of experiences equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-07) that demonstrated the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (Competencies/KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position.
