Sales sits at the core of this project. I need two concrete changes there: • A custom workflow that follows our own approval chain before a quotation can become a confirmed order. • Several extra fields on quotations, orders and the resulting invoices, all of which must flow through to the relevant reports without breaking future upgrades.
